Agreement to These Terms
By using PawLens, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PawLens.
Not Veterinary Advice
PawLens provides informational AI-assisted observations only. PawLens does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease and does not replace professional care from a licensed veterinarian. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns.
If your pet seems seriously unwell, injured, in pain, struggling to breathe, unable to stand, bleeding, or showing urgent symptoms, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, protecting your login methods, and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and do not use PawLens in a way that interferes with the app, other users, or backend services.
Your Content
You keep ownership of pet photos, pet profile details, notes, reminders, and other content you submit. You grant PawLens permission to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide app features you request, including AI-assisted scan summaries, trend comparisons, reminders, support, sync, and account management.
You are responsible for content you submit and confirm that you have the right to use it with PawLens.
Acceptable Use
- Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, probe, or abuse PawLens services.
- Do not use PawLens for emergency, diagnostic, treatment, prescription, or animal-care decisions that should be made by a licensed veterinarian.
- Do not interfere with security features, access another person's account, or upload malicious code.
- Do not use PawLens in violation of applicable law or app-store policies.
AI Output
AI-assisted summaries may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. They may miss visible changes or describe something incorrectly. Use AI output as one input for organizing observations and deciding whether to seek professional care, not as medical certainty.
PawLens may refuse, limit, or redirect responses for urgent or unsafe requests and may recommend that you contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic.
Subscriptions, Trials, and Paid Features
PawLens may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, reverse-trial access, promotional access, or paid features through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and trial details are shown before purchase in the relevant app-store flow.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account before the renewal deadline set by that store. Deleting your PawLens account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription.
Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled by the app store where you purchased. You can manage billing from your Apple or Google subscription settings. PawLens can help with app access or entitlement issues, but we generally cannot directly cancel or refund purchases processed by Apple or Google.
Account Deletion
You can delete your PawLens account from Settings. Account deletion removes your PawLens account data as described in the Privacy Policy, but active subscriptions must still be cancelled through Apple or Google subscription settings.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete information related to PawLens.
Service Availability and Changes
PawLens may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including AI features, subscription offerings, supported integrations, reminders, support tools, and app functionality. Some features may depend on network access, third-party services, device permissions, or subscription status.
Third-Party Services
PawLens relies on third-party services for authentication, storage, AI processing, subscriptions, app-store billing, push notifications, and support workflows. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
PawLens is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PawLens disclaims warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PawLens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, service interruptions, or decisions made based on AI-assisted observations instead of veterinary care.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as PawLens changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new last updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
