Can support interpret my pet's symptoms?

No. Support can help with the app, but cannot diagnose, treat, or provide veterinary medical advice. Contact your veterinarian for health concerns.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Cancel through the app store where you subscribed. Visit Billing Help for Apple and Google instructions.

How do I delete my account?

Open PawLens, go to Settings, and choose account deletion. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with your account.

What should I include in a support email?

Include your account email, device type, app version if available, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw.
