Manage Your Subscription
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions.
- On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions.
- In PawLens, use Restore Purchases if your active subscription is not showing in the app.
Trials and Renewals
PawLens may offer free trials, reverse-trial access, promotional access, or paid subscriptions. Trial length, renewal price, renewal date, and cancellation details are shown in the Apple or Google purchase flow before you subscribe.
If a subscription renews automatically, the app store charges the payment method connected to your Apple or Google account unless you cancel before the renewal deadline set by that store.
Cancel Subscription
Cancel through the app store account used for the purchase. Deleting your PawLens account, deleting a pet profile, or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Google subscription.
Refunds
Refund requests for app-store purchases are handled by Apple or Google. PawLens can help with access and entitlement issues, but we generally cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google.
Restore Purchases
If you purchased PawLens Premium but the app does not show your active access, open PawLens and use Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
Changing Devices
Subscription access depends on the app-store account used for purchase and the PawLens account currently signed in. If access does not sync after changing devices, try Restore Purchases and contact support if the problem continues.

Important
App-store subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple or Google. PawLens account deletion does not cancel an active app-store subscription.
